Duration: 4 year-term

Goal: Develop Christ-centered youths for the Christ-centered churches of Arua

Location of Church: Varies on week-to-week basis

Tasks: Assisting with the overall youth program of the Church - early morning English services, Bible studies, Sunday Schools, youth activities - music and drama, some development activities, Life Skills training (HIV-AIDS education); Mentoring and training the national counterpart of West Nile parish and assisting with the oversight of archdeaconry and parish youth leaders; Assisting in the development of the youth leaders at the archdeaconry level; Assisting with planning/implementation of annual youth conference consisting of 600 people

Bible communication: Many within the church and in community opportunities

People group to be reached: Lugbara, Madi, Kakwa, Aringa, Madi Moya

How job fits with church goals: Development of their youth leaders and the church of the future.

Plans for nationalizing: Working alongside the existing diocesan youth leader.
